Xiaoliu Major Repair Project
The Xiaoliu Railway is a local railway in Lvliang City, Shanxi Province, China. It was opened in 1988 and has a total length of 115.4 kilometers, mainly for freight transportation. Our company's participation in the Xiaoliu project is the 2020 infrastructure project of Shanxi Xiaoliu Railway Co., Ltd. - the overhaul project of the overhead contact network equipment between the Xiaoxi Shijiazhuang substation, which is about 20 kilometers long.
The Xiaoliu Overhaul Project is the first practical application of our company's simplified project results in the existing line overhaul project. The original cantilever and positioning device have all been replaced with simplified steel cantilever and positioning device, including pulley compensation device and other components.
Combining the promotion and application of simplified products, we will promote and apply our joint venture's advantageous products - bolt free positioning clamps and bolt free integral suspension strings - during the implementation of the Xiaoliu Xiaoliu overhaul project. Our company's bolt free positioning clamp and bolt free integral suspension string products have advantages such as easy construction and installation, and maintenance free. They have been used in France for over 40 years. Compared to other similar products in China, both the bolt free positioning clamp and the bolt free overall suspension string are designed with a bolt free structure. From the design perspective, the entire use cycle of the product, including installation, maintenance, and operation, is considered to shorten construction and installation time, reduce maintenance work, reduce operation and maintenance costs, and improve line operation safety. The combination of the company's simplified series products and the introduction of bolt free positioning clamps and bolt free integral suspension strings from France is a significant improvement and enhancement to the simplified products, which is conducive to further promoting the promotion and application of simplified products.
